Arte: Just how corrupt is Europe?

With a former PM in Spain, an ex-president in France, and ministerial resignations in Ukraine, corruption appears to be rife across Europe. While the region ranks well on the international corruption index, a string of scandals involving abuse of power, embezzlement and influence peddling is raising questions about what member states and the EU are doing to curb corruption.

This programme is produced by the European platform ARTE and available in 10 languages through the European media partnership BEAM.
